When I received the box, it was crushed on one side, and the contractor told me he would check it out and let me know if it was still operational. He set it up and it worked perfectly! I had this installed in new construction off my garage, a room that's 11 x 25, and it heats up quickly, turns off and on depending on the room temperature. Very easy to use remote is included. I haven't tried the a/c feature, but this is a great and safe solution for a room attached to a garage. Highly recommended. I may get one for the main part of my house!
