	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Works very well, but read and follow instructions I've used this large, cooler wallet a few times, and it's worked very well, keeping my regular insulin cool as I travel to conferences with my diabetic supplies. It does not keep the insulin quite as cool as in a refrigerator, but significantly cool enough (have not actually measured the coolness with a thermometer). It's definitely necessary to read and understand the directions before attempting to use it, because it's possible to damage or break it (excess swelling from too much soaking or not spreading the crystals around evenly). My experience is that the coolness lasts 2-3 days, during this Fall season. I personally would not subject the cooling wallet to temperature extremes, either cold or hot, for best results (IMO). Because the instructions state do not put wallet in refrigerator, and because other Amazon users have left the cooling wallet in a closed car on a hot, summer day (IMO, pushing their luck?). + See Full Customer Review
