Rating : - Decent fan.. Not a decent light source.
Pros:
1. The instructions where easy to read.
2. Can completed with only one person.
3. Simple style and can be put in any small room.

Cons:
1. The flush mount base is pretty big.
2. Blub not inclded.
3. There only one blub insert and it's a candle oprea bulb. So if you buy the highest output (60w), it really doesn't light up the the room.

Overall:
I like the fan. It's in my Florida Room, where it really doesn't need that much during the day, and the desk has it's own lamp. It has decent airflow, and it's extremly quite. I would reconmend for anyone wanting a ceiling fan in a room smaller then 15x15.
