	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - A pleasure if you want instant hot water This product is generally easy to install, although I agree that the wing nut can be cumbersome to secure. That's the toughest part about securing the tap itself to the sink or counter. The rest of the factors will depend on your plumbing and how much room there is under the sink. The biggest problems I had, unrelated to the device itself, were getting enough room to locate the tank under the sink, and inserting a tee (not included) which required me to remove my disposal and unhook my faucet to have enough slack. With the tee in place, it's a matter of hanging the tank on the two included screws, hooking up the copper line to the tee, and snapping or pushing three plastic lines onto the tank. Before plugging it in, make sure that the tank gets filled with water by turning the tap. After plugging it in, you will hear hissing and gurgling, and have hot water spitting randomly from the tap, but that's a normal part of the break in period. After a few hours of break in, you will have instant hot water. Whether it's a breeze to install, or a multi-hour headache will most likely depend on factors unrelated to the device itself. But the manufacturer could not have made it much easier, aside from replacing the wing nut with a nut and including a tool to attach it. + See Full Customer Review
