	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Very Unsatisfied The cooler arrived with a broken lid and hinge. There were no instructions on how to return it. I contacted the company I purchased it from, Unbeatable Sales, by e-mail. They responded asking if I wanted to exchange it or return it. I replied return it because I felt it would not hold up well if it was broken just by shipping. The company did not respond. I was out-of-town for a week away from internet service. When I returned, I e-mailed the company again, still no response. I will try to call them, but their hours are regular business hours, and as a working person, it is difficult for me to make personal calls during the day.
